Pumped Up Maserati Levante by Startech

Not that new Levante needs beautifying, but if one finds it a bit dull or just common, Startech has an answer. Brabus owned company, specialized in tuning British cars, had a go at the latest Italian handsome. A result is a machine prepped for the unveiling at the Geneva Motor Show. It’s a more aggressive, sporty and somewhat ostentatious creation presented in white.

As expected, Startech went the usual route. They crafted a body kit easily applicable to latest Levante in any workshop. This includes the additions on bumpers. New parts, made of carbon fiber or just plastic, should provide a bit more aggressive aerodynamic stance for the car. In fact, they will bring more downforce and better air flow underneath the car. An obligatory improvement for the machine which can hit some serious speed fast. After all, its V6 giving out 430hp, destined to get even more power in future by Startech, can accelerate to 60 mph in 5.2 seconds and even touch 164 mph. Startech is working on a new tuning kit for the engine. They also plan to improve the three-liter diesel.

As for the Geneva entry, the Startech Levante makes use of a custom exhaust for the petrol version, as well as new 21-inch wheels with 265/40 ZR21 front and 295/35 ZR21 rear tires. Obviously, the wheels have rather cool wheel hubs. They conceal five bolt joints and showcase only a center wheel lock as on the race cars. Of course, it’s just a gimmick, but it does look cool.

About Safet Satara

I do not have spare time. All there is is car time. 12 years and counting. I am a Central European gearhead, but you are probably thinking - aaa a disposable Borg drone! Well, actually, I like to dress up like James Bond too. The only thing I need to be him is an Aston Martin (and I love DBS more than DB5 because, reasons). That's something I guess.
