Liberty Walk Dodge Challenger With A Far Eastern Tuner
The Liberty Walk Challenger is particularly appealing not because of the overpowered supercharger under its hood, but for its new twist. This Challenger sports a white color, which is typical for Japanese tuning to bring out the fine details. The slight swoop on the tail carries a lot of Japanese character – subtle and simple, and yet elegant and beautiful.
The kit alters the stock body lines drastically. There are protruding fender flares, which allow the option of wider wheels. Although this Challenger carries a distinct Far East flavor, the tuner went with Forgiato alloy wheels, probably because they are instantly recognizable.
With such setup, it could be that the tuner is a real creative genius or a dumb brick. But, you have to admit that those Affiliato-ECL wheels fit perfectly to the overall aesthetic appeal. The red accents and super-deep glossy dishes mimic a fighting robot that is very popular within the Japanese anime culture. For the rear wheels, they are 20×11 up front and 20×12 inches out back. Airrex suspension system is also added to the wheel setup.
As for the back view, it is very impressive on its own. The quad mufflers simply accentuate its already macho-robotic look. With the addition of the whale tail spoiler, this Dodge looks more Bosozoku Skyline than a Challenger when viewed from the rear.
The Challenger may have an American ring to it, but that doesn’t mean that it can’t look good with a Far East tuner.
