This 2020 Tesla Roadster Rendering Is Not Half Bad
Elon Musk, if you see this 2020 Tesla Roadster somewhare, at least show it to your designers
This is a brainchild of the young digital designer Jan Peisert. He did a great job. He created 2020 Tesla Roadster which we would actually like to see in production. Look at it. It’s so BMW Z4/Toyota FT-1 looking thing. And the rendering is actually based on the Toyota FT-1 concept photography. We guessed it right even before seeing the video embedded down there.
Now, Peisert did a fantastic job using Tesla Model 3 and Model S design causes to craft a design that resonates well with Tesla current offering. Sure, we cannot expect it to turn out like this, but we definitely expect new Tesla Roadster down the line. After all, Elon Musk tweeted this back on March 24: “Yes. Model S will always be the fastest Tesla until next gen Roadster, which is a few years away.” Basically, he responded to the question one of his followers asked.
Anyway, the roadster is coming our way and it will definitely be the fastest Tesla ever. Before the halo car, however, Tesla will deal with a Semi truck and a pickup truck. That, of course, after they start producing the long-awaited Tesla Model 3.
Watch this time-lapse of 2020 Tesla Roadster render creation
Jan Peisert designed the car in Photoshop and filmed it all for our viewing pleasure. And you have to watch this four-minute video to grasp the amount of work needed for transforming the Toyota FT-1 into something that may be the Tesla Roadster.
Now about the speed. Considering that the Tesla Model S P100D is the quickest accelerating car next to the Bugatti Chiron, we are quite baffled about the new car being faster. The question is how!? How can something accelerate to 60 mph in less than 2.28 seconds, be powered by electricity and be road legal!? Tesla team will definitely have to pull a rabbit from a hat this time around.
Regardless, enjoy this rendering and keep dreaming.
