The line up for the 2013 Dodge Company is diverse
With so many factors in our world constantly changing we are seeing a shift for 2013 Dodge. With Fiat making an even larger appearance in to Chrysler and Dodge and are working on helping them with a car that’s not so “neon”. With the Focus and Cruze running wild in sales, Dodge wants a piece of the action and therefore called up some Italians to help them with their Nascar Winston Cup styling. The Avenger is butt ugly and is hurt by that face of it and therefore will be getting a little work done to hopefully loose the ugly global grill design they are trying to go with. (You are not BMW, Bugatti, or Alfa Romeo so stop it) Anyways 2013 Dodge should see a the arrival of the new Dodge Dart that will be a small to midsize 4 and 5 door car that might possible pack a punch with an R/T version. It’s not sure if they are going to borrow the powerful V6 from the Avenger R/T or Challenger but anything around 300 HP or more will be much appreciated though doubtful since they probably will go 4 cylinder and also a 2013 Dodge Hornet Hybrid.
Yeah, what about the Dodge Viper 2013?
This one is hard to put a finger on because we just don’t know how much the greasy Italians are getting their hands on the design. Hey I love the 8c and Zagato design as well as many others but the Viper needs to be a scary looking American bastard child that screams “Hey if you can’t drive me properly I will kill you”. It looks like Traction Control will be placed on this car as well as some different skin put on. If it gets too wacky we just might see a 2013 Dodge Viper SRT10 “Italian Cousin” since they have been working on concepts that utilize the guts and balls of the 2013 Viper. Ferrari’s engine team is rumored to be working on the engine which leads me to believe that we will see a V8 with the possibility of a form of boost being pressurized in the intake manifold.
What else is going on with Dodge today?
We hope to see the latest Dodge Avenger get some serious styling help to make it look less like an old Labaron and more like a form of competition for the 2013 Chevy Malibu and 2013 Ford Taurus. Either way they go they need to do something. As far as other cars go the thought of a rebadged Fiat small car (Not Fiat 500 small) is in the works to get more econobox buyers into their Dodge dealerships. Dodge Hybrid and 2013 Durango Hybrid technology will be coming into play since they see that everyone is working on MPG improvement. I will be interested to see if Dodge will lose the clunky look for some sleeker lines for a minimal aerodynamic drag coefficient. If this can happen than we may see a large stable of cars to choose from for the 2013 Dodge Company.
